I had such a wonderful experience at West Empire Aesthetics today! Sabrina did my Botox, and she was absolutely amazing — gentle, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain every step, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The results already look natural and fresh, exactly what I wanted. The office is beautiful, clean, and has such a calm atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I also had a consultation with Hanna about the CO₂ laser, and she was incredibly detailed and informative. She explained the process, benefits, and recovery so clearly that I feel completely prepared. Both Sabrina and Hanna were so kind and professional, truly making me feel cared for. I’m definitely coming back for my next visit and excited to book the CO₂ treatment soon!
