I came to west empire concerned about my rosacea that I’ve been struggling with for years now. I had no idea that there were even such treatments to help overall reduce it! I was seen by Hannah and she was so thorough & extremely nice! when proving me all the details on what to expect! Hannah then recommended that I see Selena to go over a new skincare routine that was more suited for my specific skin type. I’ve been on the new regimen for 4 days now and I already notice the difference. I’m so happy to have found this gem!

I called today acquiring about an appointment for the Co2 laser treatment and I was assisted on the phone by Selena. She gave me so much information and really helped me understand what I was acquiring about. I’ve called so many other places and not one out of 5 have provided me information as such! Can’t wait to go in for my appointment and see my results!!!

Wow! I definitely will be recommending west empire to everyone I know! I had the best experience with not only the customer service with friendly front desk ladies, but the actual procedure was fast and as painless as it could be! I had my first session of laser tattoo removal with Sabrina. I was pretty nervous but she was so sweet and helpful in easing my nerves. She was careful and quick with the laser being a big plus. Within a minute or so I was done, after I have had no discomfort whatsoever. If I knew the experience would be like this I would have started this process a while ago. I am so happy I came across this place and I’m looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this place and Sabrina!

I love this place. The office is very welcoming! I especially enjoy seeing Hannah for my treatments! She is always very attentive to my concerns and offers excellent advice to my predicament.

Everyone is so kind and patient if anything ever hurts they’re really good at reading body language and giving you a second to regroup before continuing. Front desk staff is always super kind and friendly as well 🙂
