A visit to West Empire always feels like I’m visiting old friends. The Brentwood office is beautiful! It overlooks Wilshire and the busy Los Angeles cityscape I’ve learned to love this last decade. I mainly see Irina for Botox on my visits but I’ve recently fallen in love with the hydro facial. I’m a surfer and often surf evenings staring into the sun. Because of that, I squint a lot and was developed a pretty gnarly muscle bulge in my forehead so I started investing in Botox treatments to treat and smooth that area. I usually get in every 9 months for a touch up.. Dr Rizvi is constantly innovating and adding new skin treatments so it’s always nice going to the office and poking his brain for his professional opinion and getting the inside scoop on what he’s developing or adding to the menu of treatments. I highly recommend West Empire Plastic Surgery and MedSpa!

Dr. Rizvi and his staff at West Empire are amazing! I came in for lip filler and could not be happier with my results. Dr. Rizvi and Irina are both so talented at what they do. They took the time to listen to my goals for my lips to give me a natural fuller look. The office is super clean with a beautiful view!

To start off the entire staff are very welcoming and inviting. Irina is great and made me feel very comfortable while explaining everything very well. Dr. Rizvi is amazing!!! Everything healed properly. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. I will soon be back for my mommy makeover. THANK YOU GIYS SO MUCH!!!

Dr Rizvi is one of the best. He’s ethical, and really cares about his patients. He doesn’t over charge and the entire staff does a better job with filler/Botox than another other Plastic Surgeons office I’ve been to. I live in Beverly Hills and have been to quote a few known ones. Irina the NP did my lips and I’ve only had them done once before. I’ve had so many compliments because they look so natural but at the same time really enhance my appearance. I recommend Irina to everyone I know that wants to get their lips done. No bruising and minimal swelling. Just a phenomenal group all together. I’m so thankful for West Empire Plastic Surgery.
