Selena was amazing and very knowledgeable! She recommended a few skincare products to help guide me with a morning and evening routine. I’m not someone who is great at staying on a routine. I want my skin to look like hers …. Flawless! 😍 All of The girls here are super friendly and they made me feel comfortable, oh and the salon was very clean !!! I came to west empire concerned about my rosacea that I’ve been struggling with for years now. I had no idea that there were even such treatments to help overall reduce it! I was seen by Hannah and she was so thorough & extremely nice! when proving me all the details on what to expect! Hannah then recommended that I see Selena to go over a new skincare routine that was more suited for my specific skin type. I’ve been on the new regimen for 4 days now and I already notice the difference. I’m so happy to have found this gem!

I called today acquiring about an appointment for the Co2 laser treatment and I was assisted on the phone by Selena. She gave me so much information and really helped me understand what I was acquiring about. I’ve called so many other places and not one out of 5 have provided me information as such! Wow! I definitely will be recommending west empire to everyone I know! I had the best experience with not only the customer service with friendly front desk ladies, but the actual procedure was fast and as painless as it could be! I had my first session of laser tattoo removal with Sabrina. I was pretty nervous but she was so sweet and helpful in easing my nerves. She was careful and quick with the laser being a big plus. Within a minute or so I was done, after I have had no discomfort whatsoever. If I knew the experience would be like this I would have started this process a while ago. I am so happy I came across this place and I’m looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this place and Sabrina!
