This review is long overdue as I’ve been seeing Hannah at West Empire for the past 3 or 4 years. We’ve done Botox, microneedling, tattoo removal & soon CO2 cool peel! I’m extremely picky about who I let touch my face & whose advice I take on aesthetic treatments. I never want to look unnatural, just refreshed & glowing. Hannah shares that vision with me & I always know we’re on the same page. She is so smart, honest, meticulous & just the very best! I completely trust her & appreciate her artful eye. I also genuinely enjoy hanging with the West Empire girls when I’m there, they’re hilarious & just make the whole experience fun. 100/10 recommend. I will always come here!

Went to Hannah for my lip filler appointment and I was nervous at first because I had never gotten any filler before but Hannah did an exceptional job and left me looking natural and exactly how I wanted it to look. She took me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. I'm obsessed with the results and now I really feel like I have a trusted injector for whenever I need more filler. Can't wait to be back.

Hannah is exceptional with neurotoxin injections. She’s gentle, precise, and clearly understands facial anatomy. She explains everything in a way that feels reassuring, and the entire process is comfortable from start to finish. My results look smooth, natural, and balanced without any heaviness or bruising. Nat at the front desk and Sabrina my aesthetician were amazing! I needed to change my Groupon procedure last minute - right there on site, when I'd come in for the Groupon - because of an event I had coming up...They were so so helpful, offering to put in a prescription I could take two weeks prior to my Groupon procedure when I came in again, to abate the hyperpigmentation that might occur. They even walked me through some options that would make today's procedure more affordable (since the new procedure wouldn't be a discounted Groupon). I am definitely coming back.

I had the CO2 Cool Peel Laser done at West Empire Aesthetics with Hannah, and I can’t recommend her enough! The entire experience was amazing — the clinic is so clean and relaxing, and Hannah is truly the sweetest. She worked on both my face and neck, and made sure I was completely numbed before starting. She took her time and checked in with me the whole way through to make sure I was comfortable. Honestly, it was such a fun, relaxing experience — I didn’t feel any pain at all! It just felt like a light little sunburn afterward that faded within an hour. My skin already looks incredible — smoother, tighter, and glowing, and there was minimal downtime. If you’re thinking about doing a Cool Peel, go see Hannah. She’s the best!

Eliza did my first-ever lip filler and lip flip, and she was amazing! She’s very skilled, gentle, and super kind. She explained everything in advance and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated her professionalism and how she gave me great advice on what would look best. I’m so happy with the experience and the results — highly recommend her!

I recently had exosome injections and I couldn’t be happier with my experience, especially thanks to Nurse Eliza. From the initial consultation, Eliza made me feel comfortable and informed. She took the time to explain every step of the procedures and addressed all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. During the treatment, Eliza made sure I was relaxed and checked in with me throughout the process. The injections were nearly painless!! I highly recommend Nurse Eliza.
