I am getting laser done here and have had great experiences with all of their staff (front desk and nurses). They are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable instantly. I also think their lasers are great! My results are already very good after only 4 sessions.

Hannah is amazing, she made me feel extremely comfortable during all of my treatments. She gave clear direction while keeping the time in the actual treatments super fun and light hearted. The balance of knowledge and fun conversations made the once intimidating treatments actually enjoyable, a full 180! She gave great advice for, and beyond, the specific things I came in to discuss, at this point I'd trust her with my life 😂. I fully recommend her and the West Empire team!

This is my second time here at West Empire aesthetics and honestly the whole visit was great. From the girls in the front desk, to my nurse Hannah, to the office manager Edith, everyone was so nice and so sweet. Truly made me feel right at home. I got a few things done and I feel amazing. I love this medspa! Since I moved to LA this place has been my go to for Fillers/Botox/Morpheus8 ! Everyone is so sweet and friendly they always check in with me after each treatment and you can tell they truly care about their patients- Hannah the PA is great highly recommended !
